Kora Memory Terms of Service

The service

Kora Memory (“Kora”) is a personal memory assistant offered at koramemory.com and as an Android application. It lets you save memories, notes, events, reminders, lists, routines, placements and documents, and ask questions about them by voice or text with the help of AI models.

These terms apply between you and the owner of Kora, reachable at help@koramemory.com. By using Kora you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to use Kora. You may create it with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the content you store.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kora for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to access other users' data, do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and do not upload content you have no right to store.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or endangers the service.

AI-generated content

Kora's answers are produced by AI models and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice of any kind. Check anything important before acting on it.

Free plan and Kora Premium

The free plan includes the app's modules and a daily limit on AI requests. Kora Premium removes that daily limit and unlocks the premium capabilities described on the Premium page.

Premium is offered as a monthly subscription of €2.99 and an annual subscription of €29.99, purchased and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are the ones shown by the store at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You cancel and manage them in your Google Play or Apple account; cancelling stops future renewals and Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.

A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. When Premium ends, your account returns to the free plan and your data is kept.

Availability and changes

Kora is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Features may change, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service. If the service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you so that you can retrieve or delete your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for data loss, or for decisions taken based on Kora's answers. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy at koramemory.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page is updated. Continuing to use Kora after that means you accept the new version.
